Let’s be frank, if  Midwesterners know anything, it’s how to adapt to any weather condition. We are prone to rain, wind, sun, heat, and snow, sometimes all in the same day! Sadly, the time has come to put away our flip-flops and dust off our parka’s from storage. But just because the mercury has taken a nosedive doesn’t mean you can’t fire up the grill and enjoy the unique flavors that only a BBQ has to offer. Here are 5 tips for foolproof winter grilling for all of our die-hard grillers out there. Put that parka on and light the grill... the steaks have never been higher. (See what we did there?)
